This website is operated by Shelly Lynham on behalf of Graham Lynham Real Estate Pty Ltd (ABN 57 139 493 815), trading as Lynham & Co. Real Estate ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Details you give us through forms: name, email, mobile, property address and details, your selling timeframe and any message.
- Consent records: when you agree to marketing, we keep the date and time, the wording you agreed to, the page, and a one-way hash of your IP address.
- Usage data: if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate, cookie-free statistics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an appraisal or price estimate, provide real estate services, send market updates you've asked for, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Lynham & Co. Real Estate's customer relationship management system (Rex Software).
- Service providers who help run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, security, form processing and storage of enquiries), Resend (email delivery), our newsletter platform PLACEHOLDER, and Google (analytics, only with your consent).
- Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States (Resend, Google) and on Cloudflare's global network.
- Anyone we are required to disclose to by law, including under anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you have ticked the box to receive them and confirmed your subscription. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we action unsubscribe requests within five business days.
Automated decisions
This website does not use your personal information to make automated decisions about you. Price estimates are prepared by a person.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you agree. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Storage and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Enquiries that don't lead to an ongoing relationship are deleted after 24 months.
Access, correction and complaints

We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
