Hi, I'm Shelly.
I'm the principal of Lynham & Co. Real Estate, the family agency my husband Graham and I founded in Kirwan in 2009. Today our sons, Nathan and Daniel, work alongside us.

A family business
Graham and I opened Graham Lynham Real Estate on Thuringowa Drive in 2009. In 2023 we renamed it Lynham & Co. as our sons, Nathan and Daniel, joined the business. As a mother and a business owner, I know a home is far more than bricks and mortar.
That's still how we work. Our motto sums it up: “Transactions end. Relationships don't.”
